Cornel Germann is Managing Director of the Board Programmes at the Executive School (ES-HSG) and Vice Director at the Institute of Law and Economics (ILE-HSG).
His research focuses mainly on corporate governance, with a particular emphasis on board member selection, board committees, and the strategic leadership of boards.
