As Senior Program Manager, Sarah Lenz is responsible for the NEXT & ELEVATE training programes as well as numerous structural and transformation projects. Prior to that, she was jointly responsible for the development and expansion of the Women & Leadership Programmes and the Career Empowerment Label.
Sarah Lenz has a Master’s degree in Sports Science from ETH Zurich & a Master’s degree in Journalism, Media Studies and Business Administration from the University of Zurich. Before joining the Executive School of Management, Technology & Law at the University of St.Gallen, she worked for more than ten years as an expert for communication and change projects in the financial sector and taught as a lecturer at various schools and organizations.
