The programmes feature University of St.Gallen’s leading scholars, senior chairpersons and experienced board members as well as thought leaders in boardroom best practice. In combining latest insights from academia with decades of real-life boardroom experience the St.Gallen Board Programmes aim at strengthen the boardroom effectiveness and corporate governance in organisations.

Co-delivered by Senior Boardroom Decision Makers

The St.Gallen Board Programmes are guided by a group of senior advisors who are prominent chairpersons and board members in Switzerland and Europe. The programmes are closely supported, and partly co-organised, by Egon Zehnder, Europe’s leading leadership advisory and executive search firm. This proximity to practice enables deep learning from first-hand experience and actual boardroom dilemmas which is a key to drawing specific conclusions for one’s successful board career.

The St.Gallen Board Programmes include distinct formats for each step in the board career.
