Learn what it takes to become a successful board member:
What does it take to become a successful board member? How are the roles and responsibilities of boards changing and what behaviours, attitudes and mindsets are expected from future directors? You will learn about the grand challenges and dilemmas facing chairpersons and board members today and hear how they deal with issues such as boardroom cohesion and diversity, ESG, succession planning, strategic involvement as well as regulatory and individual liability concerns.
